Welcome to CRUVO. By downloading, accessing, or using the CRUVO mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CRUVO is a real-time squad riding and tracking application designed for motorcycle and vehicle enthusiasts. You agree to use the service responsibly and strictly in accordance with local traffic rules and safety regulations.
Riders are solely responsible for their own safety, vehicle operation, and compliance with all road and traffic laws. Do not interact with the App while actively operating a vehicle.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
When participating in active group rides, your real-time position is shared with other riders in your ride group. You can stop sharing your location at any time by leaving the active ride or disabling location permissions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CRUVO at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or unsafe behavior.
